Going into this project, I assumed that the app would only be useful for capturing patients’ data so as to easen the billing process, but after conducting the necessary research, I discovered that the app could also be useful to the dental patients.
By creating personas to represent larger groups of users, I was able to generate a problem statement that would guide the design process.
Our goal was to create a billing process that is almost instant and highly accurate.
